The Livermore Valley Rotary Club is excited to invite the community to its 2nd Annual Community BBQ & Fundraiser on Saturday, September 12, 2026, from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Carnegie Park, 2155 Third Street, Livermore. The event is free and open to the public, with a full day of family-friendly activities, entertainment, and opportunities to support local community programs.

Designed to bring together residents from throughout the Tri-Valley, the event will feature delicious BBQ and refreshments available for purchase, local vendor booths in a vibrant Maker's Market, children's jump houses in the Kid Zone, and live cultural performances celebrating the rich diversity of our community.

Proceeds from the fundraiser will directly support the Livermore Valley Rotary Club's charitable initiatives, including youth programs, scholarships, community service projects, humanitarian efforts, and other programs benefiting individuals and families throughout the Tri-Valley.

"Our Community BBQ & Fundraiser is more than just a great day of food and entertainment—it's an opportunity to bring people together, celebrate the incredible diversity that makes the Tri-Valley such a special place, and raise vital funds that enable Rotary to serve those in need throughout our community. We invite everyone to join us for a fun-filled day, connect with neighbors, and make a meaningful difference together."
Mony Nop, President, Livermore Valley Rotary Club

The event is expected to attract families, local businesses, community organizations, and visitors from across the region. Local artisans and makers will also be showcased through the Maker's Market, creating an engaging atmosphere while supporting small businesses and highlighting the entrepreneurial spirit of the Tri-Valley.

"The Community BBQ & Fundraiser is one of our favorite events of the year because it brings together people of all ages for a day of fun, fellowship, and purpose. Every meal purchased, every donation made, and every sponsor who supports this event helps us continue Rotary's mission of Service Above Self by investing in projects that strengthen our community and improve lives."
Beth McCormick, Fundraising Chair, Livermore Valley Rotary Club

Community members are encouraged to bring their families, invite friends, and spend the day enjoying great food, live entertainment, cultural performances, shopping from local makers, and activities for all ages while supporting a meaningful cause.
