Community or Nonprofit Booth Information
Thank you for your interest in participating in the 2024 Rotary Club of Livermore Valley Annual Chili Cook Off at Carnegie Park on October 5, 2024.
We expect hundreds of visitors to the Chili Cook Off. Admission is free to the park and all will have access to your booth.
Community and nonprofit booths are intended for organizations that will share information and/or offer activities to event visitors. These booths are not for those who would like to sell products.
Community and Nonprofit Booth Details:

Booths will be allocated a space in the park to accommodate a 10’ x 10’ canopy/tent. If you need additional space for an activity, you may indicate that request on the application.

Setup of Booth from 9:00 am - 10:30 am

Booths must be staffed and open to the public 11:00 am - 4:00 pm.

Your booth name as well as organization logo and website url (if provided) will be featured on the Rotary Club of Livermore Valley website and social media and will be included in the event directory

There is no charge for a community or nonprofit booth
Booth operator will need to provide:

Canopy/shade structure

Table(s) and chair(s) for displaying and for your use

Signage
-
Generator if you need power
-
Ice chests if you need to keep items cold
