Beer Vendor Information
Thank you for your interest in providing beer or wine at the 2024 Rotary Club of Livermore Valley Annual Chili Cook Off fundraiser at Carnegie Park on October 5, 2024.
We expect hundreds of visitors to the Chili Cook Off. Admission is free to the park. Many people will be tasting chili, and they will want something to go with it. Many will spend time at the park shopping the merchant booths, visiting the community and nonprofit booths, and listening to the live music.
Legal drinkers will be able to purchase tickets for $10 to receive a 12-ounce pour of beer. They will receive a wristband to show they are able to drink.
Beer vendor booths are intended for breweries who will sell their beverages to event visitors.
Beer Booth Details:
- Booths will be allocated a space in the park to accommodate a 10’ x 10’ canopy/tent.

Setup of Booth from 9:00 am - 10:30 am

Booths must be staffed and open to the Public 11:00 am - 4:00 pm.

Plastic beer cups will be provided to you to serve beverages.

Breweries pour 2 (or more) of their favorites. At the end of the event, beer vendors will receive $3 for every ticket presented.

The brewery name (and logo and website url if provided) will be featured on Rotary Club of Livermore Valley website and social media and will be included in the event directory.

There is no charge to participate in the event as a beer or wine vendor.
Brewery or winery will need to provide:

Ice and a cooler, as needed

You will need to provide your own power generator, if needed
