Former District Governor Richard Flanders visited our club this morning to extend a personal invitation to attend the Richard D. King Tribute Dinner, benefiting the Richard D. King Endowed Fund for Rotary Peace Centers. The dinner will be held on Sunday, February 2, 2025 at The Blackhawk Museum in Danville. No Host Bar starts at 5:00; Dinner is served at 6:00. The cost is $150.
In addition to dinner, guests will hear from Rotary International President Stephanie Urchick, as well as Past RI Presidents, Gary Huang and Mark Maloney. Auction items include a trip to Pittsburgh, PA to have dinner with Stephanie Urchick, an African Safari, and an Arizona getaway. Money raised will support the Rotary Peace Centers.
