Beer and Wine Vendor Information
Thank you for your interest in providing beer or wine at the 2022 Rotary Club of Livermore Valley Annual Chili Cook Off fundraiser at Carnegie Park on October 1, 2022. 
 
We expect hundreds of visitors to the Chili Cook Off. Admission is free to the park. Many people will be tasting chili, and they will want something to go with it. Many will spend time at the park shopping the merchant booths, visiting the community and nonprofit booths, and listening to the live music.
 
Legal drinkers will be able to purchase tickets for $10 to receive a 12-ounce pour of beer or a 6-ounce pour of wine. They will receive a wristband to show they are able to drink.
 
Beer and wine vendor booths are intended for breweries or wineries who will sell their beverages to event visitors. 
 
Beer and Wine Booth Details:
  • Booths will be allocated a space in the park to accommodate a 10’ x 10’ canopy/tent.
  • Setup of Booth from 9:00 am - 10:30 am
  • Open to the Public 11:00 am - 5:00 pm. 
    • Booths must be staffed and open from 11- 5
  • Plastic beer cups and wine glasses will be provided to you to serve beverages.
  • Breweries pour 2 (or more) of their favorites. At the end of the event, beer vendors will receive $3 for every ticket presented.
  • Wineries pour at least 1 red and 1 white. Wine vendors will receive $5 for every ticket presented.
  • The brewery or winery name (and logo and website url if provided) will be featured on Rotary Club of Livermore Valley website and social media and will be included in the event directory.
  • There is no charge to participate in the event as a beer or wine vendor.
Brewery or winery will need to provide:
  • Canopy/tent
  • Table(s) and chair(s) 
  • Beer or wine to pour
  • Ice and a cooler, as needed
    • You will need to provide your own power generator, if needed
  • Signage indicating your name/organization
