Our club partnered with the Rotarian Foundation of Livermore and the Rotary Club of Livermore to brighten the holidays for children attending CAPE Head Start Preschool in Livermore. We delivered toys, books, clothing, and other treats in a holiday gift bag for each child.
We also joined the Rotarian Foundation of Livermore in providing gift cards to CAPE families to allow them to add to their own family's good tidings.

The Children's Holiday Party is an annual tradition for the Rotarian Foundation of Livermore, in partnership with both Rotary Clubs in Livermore. We are grateful to be able to support the children who attend CAPE Head Start Preschool. Because of the pandemic, we were not able to hold a party in person this year (or in 2020), but we didn't let that obstacle block our efforts to bring joy to over 100 children and their families.
Since we were not presenting the gifts in person to the children at the party, we provided gifts and $100 gift cards that were given directly to the parents to provide their own holiday fun on Christmas morning in their own homes.
We are thankful for our partnership with CAPE that supports youth and families.
