Chili Cook Off Food Vendor Information

Thank you for your interest in participating in the 2022 Rotary Club of Livermore Valley Annual Chili Cook Off at Carnegie Park on October 1, 2022.

 

We expect hundreds of visitors to the Chili Cook Off. Admission is free to the park and all will have access to your food truck or food booth. Many people will be tasting chili, but there will be much need for additional food for this family event. 

   

• Booths will be allocated a space in the park to accommodate a 10’ x 10’ canopy/tent. If you need a larger space in the park or if you prefer a space on the street, please indicate that in the application.
• $100 booth/space fee is payable to the Rotary Club of Livermore Valley upon acceptance of your application.
• Setup of Booth from 9:00 am - 10:30 am
• Open to the Public 11:00 am - 5:00 pm. 
  • Booths must be staffed and open from 11- 5
• Your booth name as well as company logo and website url (if provided) will be featured on the Rotary Club of Livermore Valley website and social media and will be included in the event directory

• Canopy/shade structure
• Table(s) and chair(s) for displaying and for your use
• Signage 
• Generator if you need power
• Ice chests if you need to keep items cold
