Sponsorship is key to the success of the Chili Cook Off.
Thank you for considering sponsoring the 2022 Rotary Club of Livermore Valley Annual Chili Cook Off fundraiser at Carnegie Park on October 1, 2022.
Your sponsorship will directly impact the success of this event, as we raise funds to support our local community, schools, and nonprofit organizations.
We expect hundreds of visitors to the Chili Cook Off. Admission is free to the park.
Chili tasters will purchase tickets to receive a commemorative mug and spoon that they will take to chili booths to sample the great chili offered. Chili will be judged by the event attendees as well as by local celebrity judges. Awards will be presented at the end of the event to the first, second, and third place winners.
Additional booths including merchant, arts, crafts, nonprofits, beer, wine, and food vendors will be at the event. Bands will play live music throughout the day at the Rotary Bandstand. We will have a Children's Area with fun activities.
Sponsorship Details:
- All sponsors will have their logo and company information on display at the event and featured on the Rotary Club of Livermore Valley website and monthly newsletters for the next year.
- Your name will be included in press releases related to this event.
- You will receive a framed certificate or plaque ideal for office display that acknowledges your sponsorship.
- You are invited to set up a 10 x 10 booth at the event.
Sponsorship Levels:
- Music Sponsor - $3,000 - will also include a banner directly on the bandstand identifying you as a sponsor
- Platinum - $2,500
- Gold - $1,500
- Silver - $1,000
- Bronze - $500
- Copper - $250
